1. Construction

We undertake construction projects which could be new works, renovation or remodeling of existing structures. Examples include the renovation /conversion of a warehouse to a model branch of Springbank Plc at Apapa, Lagos and the construction of a 5 Bedroom Detached House with 2Bedroom Boys Quarters at VGC, Ajah Lagos.

2. Project Management

As contract administrator we supervise construction projects to ensure that they meet specified standard, are completed on time and within budget. We have successfully undertaken Project Management roles on several projects. Examples are Erekesan Market, Akure (an ultra modern market consisting of blocks of lock shops) CSS Clifftop Estate, Port Harcourt, Rivers State (24 Units of 4 Bedroom Terrace House with 1 Bedroom Boys Quarters)

3. Estate Development

We acquire land from government, individuals, groups and enter into joint venture agreement for development purposes such as:

• Selling as is
• Site and service scheme
• Build and Sell

Examples include a 5 Bedroom Detached House with 2Bedroom Boys Quarters at VGC, Ajah, Lagos and 24 Units of 4 Bedroom Terrace   House with 1 Bedroom Boys Quarters at CSS Clifftop Estate, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

4. Property Trading

We are involved in all aspects of property trading ranging from arbitraging, speculative purchases, sales, lease and procurement of properties

5. Property/Facility Management

 
We manage properties for individuals and corporate organizations. Examples of such are: Lagos City Mall, Onikan, Lagos, Erekesan Market, Akure, CSS Clifftop Estate, Port Harcourt.

6. Consultancy Services.

We offer quality professional services in the following areas:

• Architecture – preparation of architectural designs.

• Quantity Surveying – preparation of bills of quantities, materials and labour schedule, estimates and feasibility/viability reports.

• Structural /Civil Engineering – Preparation of structural designs and supervision of construction projects.
